Salvation is a Gift
“Salvation through Christ is an infinite gift. There is no possibility of our receiving it by any merit of our own.”

Is planet earth the only inhabited planet in the vast universe? Does God’s Word have anything to say regarding other worlds? Be sure to visit our Other Worlds page to help answer these intriguing questions. God has been busy in ages past and there is much we can learn from the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy on this most interesting topic. Science knows there there are at least billions of stars in most galaxies and that there are at least 100’s of billions of galaxies in the known universe. Every time we use a bigger and better telescope we can see farther and farther into the cosmos. How much more exists in the unknown universe? Ellen White tells us that the universe has illimitable space. God is infinite and His creation seems to be infinite as well. Whether you use a microscope or a telescope there seems to be no limit in either direction. What joy there will be to search out the creation of God for eternity. Don’t miss the trip. Jesus says, “I AM the way, the truth and the life.”
illimitable |i(l)ˈlimitəbəl| – adjective – without limits or an endTrinity or Trio? Unfortunately, this most important teaching is ignored by most Christians, who simply take for granted that they believe in the trinity, and yet, when questioned, don’t even understand it at all. Do you understand what the ‘trinity doctrine’ really teaches? Is your one God really three persons, a triune diety? Why is Scripture silent regarding the trinity concept? Why does scripture clearly state that the “one God” is “the Father” in 1 Corinthians 8:6 and many other scriptures?
1 Corinthians 8:6 (KJVS), “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.”
Why did Ellen White never mention the word “trinity” in all her writings. Why was the Seventh-day Adventist movement solidly non-trinitarian, until years after the death of Ellen White? Why did most of the early church pioneers reject the trinity concept of God? The trinity doctrine was not officially accepted, into the Seventh-day Adventist denomination’s statement of beliefs, until 1980. Are the 3 of the trinity teaching the same as the 3 in the heavenly Trio, mentioned by Ellen White? Is the Father/Son relationship the same? You owe it to yourself to find out. During the past several years, I’ve come across several different ideas, regarding the “144,000”, which are mentioned in the book of Revelation, chapters 7, 14, and 15. Some say they are a special forces group of super Christians, who will live at the very end of time and will overcome all sin in their lives and after the close of probation stand without an intercessor. Others preachers and writers seem think this special end-time group also includes all those saints who died under the preaching of the Three Angel’s Messages of Revelation 14 (1844 to the final close of probation). What do you think?
It is my personal conviction that truth is best understood in humility of heart (laying aside preconceived ideas and opinions), deep study (line upon line, precept upon precept), and with the aid of the holy Spirit (Spirit of truth and discernment). Therefore, I decided to do my own exhaustive study on this most interesting subject and to compare Scripture with Scripture, line upon line, and also to do the same with the Spirit of Prophecy writings. After months of prayer, careful study, and looking at thousands of Bible and Spirit of Prophecy statements, relating to this subject, I finally came to a conclusion: the number “144,000” is a symbolic number, which represents all of God’s true people who are, and will be, sealed and eventually redeemed of ALL AGES. This view may seem to be unique, but I have found others who came to the same conclusion after doing their own personal study. James Rafferty, of Light Bearer’s Ministry, is one. He even wrote a small book on the subject. What made me dig deeper is that Scripture clearly states in Revelation 14:3, “And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song [song of Moses and the Lamb] but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.” and the Spirit of Prophecy, in TM433, clearly states, “The church history upon the earth and the church redeemed in heaven all center around the cross of Calvary. This is the theme, this is the song,–Christ all and in all,–in anthems of praise resounding through heaven from thousands and ten thousand times ten thousand and an innumerable company of the redeemed host. All unite in this song of Moses and of the Lamb. It is a new song, for it was never before sung in heaven.” This conclusion, which was reached during my own study of the 144000, harmonizes all the related statements.
If this is a subject that interests you, then I would encourage you to check out James’ book and pdf bible study and also to see the evidence from my own study. You will find everything about this topic here: 144000. This inclusive view is in perfect harmony with Christ our Righteousness. None are saved apart from a complete trust and dependence upon Jesus and what He has done for us and in us all.
